The first time I opened the bag I knew I would like it and made a cup right away. Some coffees are too acidic for my stomach but Marcala didn’t bother it at all. Each cup is very flavorful!
Super fresh and great roasts. I love the mixed pack for variety. We got a bag at a farmers market first and since then I’ve been ordering online!

This coffee is fantastic. Bright, sweet, well balanced acidity, the dry aroma is dazzling and the wet aroma is a fruity, floral delight. I'm excited for every cup I brew.
