Prepared this coffee as a cold brew, and it has the bright and fruity taste I was looking for. Even better that it was produced and roasted with ethical practices!

I love coffee and, simply put, this is some of the best coffee I have ever had. This is a wonderful company, doing great things with the best product - what is not to absolutely love. I am putting in an espresso machine ground to extract at about 25 secs.

This is a great Cafecita coffee, my favorite yet. I've tried it as a pour-over, cold brew, and a latte...all fantastic!

Grinding up the beans and slow brewing it in the French press, it tastes really smooth and smells wonderful. That wonderful coffee smell like when I walk into a coffee shop. And by time I’m finished drinking it, I’m pretty alert and awake. Thank you.

Such a forgiving and tasty blend! The aroma is incredible and it's a really wonderful balance of those bright, fruity notes I like in lighter roasts but rounded out with some caramel toffee flavors; it's a bit more forgiving than light roast single origins. I adore this coffee and this company's ethos!
