I have been brewing my La Paz in a Hario V60 and am loving this coffee! The tasting notes are spot on and this makes a delicious and smooth cup of coffee.
If you like super smooth and very nice fruit (tart) notes, this one's for you! Really enjoying this finely ground La Paz for single- or double-shot espressos.
